Venture Global signs LNG agreements with TotalEnergies and Vitol
Venture Global Inc. (NYSE: VG) announced two binding agreements for additional U.S. liquefied natural gas purchases with TotalEnergies and Vitol.
The company signed a new agreement with TotalEnergies for approximately 0.85 million tons per annum of LNG over five years beginning in 2026. Venture Global also expanded its existing agreement with Vitol, increasing the volume to 1.7 MTPA from the previously announced 1.5 MTPA for a five-year term starting in March 2026.
Both agreements will be supplied from Venture Global's portfolio, according to the company's announcement.
"These agreements reflect the continued confidence and trust in our ability to deliver reliable, low-cost U.S. LNG to global markets quickly and at scale as demand for energy security continues to grow," said Venture Global CEO Mike Sabel.

The company began LNG production from its first facility in 2022 and operates facilities in Louisiana along the Gulf of America, including Calcasieu Pass, Plaquemines LNG, and CP2 LNG projects.
