GitLab Inc. (NASDAQ: GTLB) announced a workforce reduction plan intended to realign its operating structure and optimize execution against strategic priorities, according to a regulatory filing.

The company expects its first quarter fiscal year 2027 results to align with previously issued guidance from March 3, 2026. GitLab also reaffirmed its full fiscal year 2027 guidance, which ends January 31, 2027.
