Equinix Inc. (NASDAQ: EQIX) announced that Simon Miller will retire as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer effective July 31, 2026.

Miller notified the company of his planned retirement on May 5, 2026, and will continue serving in both roles through the effective date, according to a company statement.

The company stated that Miller's retirement is not due to any disagreement with Equinix regarding financial statements, internal control over financial reporting, operations, policies or practices.
