Entegris names Olivier Blachier to lead Materials Solutions unit
Entegris Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTG) announced that Daniel Woodland will retire from his position as Senior Vice President and President, Materials Solutions on June 1, 2026. Olivier Blachier, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, will succeed Woodland and retain his role as Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer.
The company entered into a transition agreement with Woodland on May 9, 2026. Under the agreement, Woodland will continue receiving his base salary until his retirement date and may receive a prorated payment under the company's short-term incentive compensation plan for 2026 if earned.
Woodland's annual long-term equity incentive awards granted from 2022 through 2025 will continue to vest according to their original schedules, subject to compliance with post-departure restrictive covenants. His 2026 long-term equity awards will be forfeited upon retirement.
The agreement includes a general release of claims in favor of Entegris and its affiliates, according to the company's statement.
