PagerDuty (NYSE: PD) announced John DiLullo will serve as Chief Executive Officer starting May 11, 2026, replacing Jennifer Tejada who has led the company since 2016. Tejada will transition to Executive Chair of the Board of Directors.

DiLullo brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud and cybersecurity companies. He most recently served as CEO of Deepwatch, where he led operational transformation efforts. Previously, he was CEO of NASDAQ-listed LiveVox and venture-backed Lastline. He has also held senior roles at Cisco Systems, Aruba Networks, Forcepoint and Avaya.

During Tejada's tenure, PagerDuty scaled revenue from under $50 million to nearly $500 million and grew to serve more than 35,000 customers. The company went public in 2019 and expanded internationally across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Japan and the U.S. public sector.

"With retention stabilizing, new customer and expansion business accelerating, continued operating margin expansion and momentum in our AI-first Operations Cloud platform, I am confident this is the right time for this transition," Tejada stated.

PagerDuty reaffirmed its financial outlook for the first quarter and full fiscal year 2027. The company expects first quarter total revenue of $118 million to $120 million and full fiscal year total revenue of $488.5 million to $496.5 million.
