DocuSign partners with Legora to integrate AI contract workflows

May 11, 2026 12:52 PM

DocuSign (NASDAQ: DOCU) announced a strategic partnership with Legora to integrate the companies' platforms for contract management and legal AI workflows. The collaboration connects Legora's AI platform for legal research, review and drafting with DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

The integration allows users to complete contracts from initial draft to final signature within a connected system. Legal teams can finalize contracts in Legora and send them for signature through DocuSign, or create contracts in Legora that automatically initiate review workflows in DocuSign.

The partnership enables AI analysis using executed contracts and templates stored in DocuSign without requiring users to switch between platforms. DocuSign serves as the system for contract workflows connecting legal teams with sales, procurement, HR and finance departments, while Legora provides the AI workspace for legal work.

"Legora is a key partner to better serve the legal industry, and by bringing Legora's specialized legal AI into DocuSign's end-to-end agreement platform, we're connecting deep legal insight directly to execution across the agreement lifecycle," said Allan Thygesen, DocuSign's Chief Executive Officer.

Max Junestrand, CEO and Co-Founder of Legora, said the integration brings "legal-grade AI directly to the contracts and templates our shared customers rely on every day."

The companies plan to roll out the integration in phases, with details communicated to mutual customers over time. DocuSign reports serving more than 1.8 million customers globally, while Legora's platform is used by legal professionals at more than 1,000 law firms and in-house legal teams across over 50 countries.
