The Hackett Group Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) announced the launch of AI World Class enterprise performance benchmarks, expanding its proprietary process and performance intelligence platform. The Miami-based consulting firm said the benchmarks establish standards for measuring and designing enterprise transformation initiatives.

The company's research indicates organizations can achieve a 75% performance advantage over industry peer groups through process-led AI transformation across 16 end-to-end processes. The benchmarks measure cost, full-time equivalent requirements, cycle times and error rates.

"Organizations must refocus their investment on critical processes that create strategic competitive advantage and measurable business value," said Chairman and CEO Ted A. Fernandez. "AI World Class benchmarks provide the framework and guidance to accurately assess their specific workflows to prioritize high-value opportunities, reduce execution risk and accelerate ROI-led transformation."

The benchmarks were developed by extending existing Digital World Class process-level benchmarks and methodology. The company uses its proprietary Hackett Solution Language Model to extend benchmarks to subprocess and work-step requirements.

Hackett AI XPLR, the company's evaluation tool, identifies AI opportunities and quantifies ROI impact against validated processes, automation footprints and data sources. The platform aims to help organizations design agentic workflows.

The AI World Class benchmarks draw from more than 30 years of proprietary benchmarks and process data. The company's insights are based on benchmarking results from global organizations, including 98% of Dow Jones Global Titans, 97% of the Dow Jones Industrials and 90% of the Fortune 100.

The benchmarks are available exclusively through The Hackett Group.
