YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) announced plans to transform from a workforce provider into an AI-native platform for hospitality and service industries, according to a company statement.

The Singapore-based company operates across 12 countries and regions through its YY Circle application, placing workers in hotels and commercial properties. The company reported fiscal year 2025 revenue of $57.2 million, representing a 39.3% increase year-over-year.

YY Group outlined a four-module AI framework covering talent intelligence, workflow intelligence, data intelligence, and robotic automation. The company has partnered with Arros AI, an NVIDIA Inception program member, and appointed Arros AI CTO Kai Yang as Chief AI Scientist.

The company's first AI product, Yolara, is expected to launch in the third quarter of 2026. The platform will extend YY Circle's capabilities from blue-collar staffing to white-collar management recruitment for hospitality clients.

"The underlying technology has demonstrated the ability to reduce recruiter workloads by approximately 80% in prior deployments," the company stated. Yang holds degrees from Harvard University and the University of Toronto.

YY Group reaffirmed its fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance of $103 million to $110 million and expects to achieve non-IFRS profitability. Chief Financial Officer Jason Phua said AI platform investments will be funded from operating cash flow and existing resources.

"Our clients already rely on YY Circle to staff their properties every day. With Yolara, those same clients will be able to source and evaluate management-level talent through the same platform," said CEO Mike Fu.

The company also operates an integrated facilities management business and has piloted robotics programs with KEENON Robotics in Southeast Asia and a robotics company in Las Vegas, Nevada.
