SolarEdge names Maoz Sigron as new chief financial officer
SolarEdge Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: SEDG) appointed Maoz Sigron as chief financial officer, effective May 31, 2026, according to a company statement.
Sigron will succeed Asaf Alperovitz, who is stepping down to pursue opportunities outside the industry. Alperovitz will remain with the company through June 9, 2026, to facilitate the transition.
Sigron brings over 20 years of financial and operational experience across global organizations. He most recently served as CFO and later COO at Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ & TASE: PERI). His previous roles included senior finance positions at Allot Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT, TASE: ALLT), Tnuva, and Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS).
Throughout his career, Sigron has directed mergers and acquisitions processes, raised capital on NASDAQ through equity offerings, and managed operations across multiple markets. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management from The College of Management Academic Studies.

SolarEdge develops and manufactures smart energy technology products including residential and commercial photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions, electric vehicle charging capabilities, and home energy management systems.
