Kiabi selects Navan for global travel management platform

French fashion retailer Kiabi has chosen Navan (NASDAQ: NAVN) to consolidate its global travel program on a single platform, according to a company statement.

The retailer, which employs nearly 10,000 workers, selected Navan's AI-powered travel and expense platform to replace its existing travel management system. The platform will provide centralized booking capabilities and integrate with Kiabi's travel policies directly within the application.

"Managing travel was becoming an administrative burden that slowed our teams down," said Denise Maurice, Indirect Procurement Director at Kiabi. "We wanted to give our 'Kiabers' the freedom to book their own trips without getting bogged down in manual approvals."

The implementation will provide Kiabi employees with access to competitive travel inventory through Navan's European rail content and air carrier options. The platform includes 24/7 support services with targeted response times under 60 seconds.

Navan will deliver a unified booking tool for all employees while providing the finance team with enhanced visibility into travel spending. The system aims to reduce manual approval processes and administrative overhead.

"Kiabi understands that when you make the process easy for the traveler, the savings and data follow naturally," said Zahir Abdelouhab, SVP, EMEA at Navan.

Kiabi joins other enterprise organizations that have recently adopted Navan's platform, including Criteo and Frasers Group. Navan serves more than 10,000 companies through its travel and expense management platform.
