KB Home (NYSE: KBH) announced the opening of Arbor and Canopy, two residential communities within the Parkview master plan in Fontana, California. The gated development offers homes starting in the mid $500,000s.

The communities feature two-story single-family detached homes with up to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located at Live Oak Avenue and Village Drive, the development provides access to Interstates 10 and 15 as well as Highway 60. Homes are within the Fontana Unified School District.

Planned amenities for the Parkview master plan include a swimming pool, park, children's playground and walking paths. The development sits adjacent to Southridge Park, which contains an aquatic center, baseball diamonds, playgrounds, sports courts and electric vehicle charging stations.

"With Arbor and Canopy at Parkview, we're introducing two beautiful communities within a new gated master plan in a prime Fontana location," said Erick Montano, President of KB Home's Inland Empire division.

The homes are designed to meet ENERGY STAR certification standards. KB Home states that fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide achieve this certification. Buyers can customize their homes through the KB Home Design Studio for interior design selections.

Sales offices and model homes are open for visits and tours by appointment. The company also offers live video tours for prospective buyers.
