AZZ extends credit facility to 2029, reduces borrowing costs
AZZ Inc. (NYSE: AZZ) entered into a seventh amendment to its credit agreement on May 7, 2026, extending the maturity date of its revolving credit facility to May 7, 2029, according to a company statement.
The amendment with Wells Fargo Bank as administrative agent and collateral agent replaced the existing revolving credit commitments with extended commitments under the new maturity date. The original credit agreement was established on May 13, 2022.
The company reduced its interest rate margins on revolving credit loans from a range of 175 to 275 basis points to 125 to 225 basis points, subject to leverage ratio adjustments. Commitment fees decreased from 20 to 30 basis points to 15 to 25 basis points, also subject to leverage ratio step-downs.
Letter of credit fees were similarly reduced from a range of 175 to 275 basis points to 125 to 225 basis points, subject to the same leverage ratio conditions.
