Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN) announced the renewal and expansion of its partnership with Lightspeed DMS, a dealer management systems provider for the recreational vehicle industry. The companies have maintained a business relationship since 2009.

Under the expanded agreement, Lightspeed will launch an embedded payments offering using Global Payments' Payrix Pro technology. This will allow Lightspeed's dealership customers to process payments directly within the Lightspeed platform rather than through separate systems.

Lightspeed serves more than 4,500 customers across the powersports, marine, RV, trailer and golf car industries. The company provides dealer management software that handles sales, parts, service, rental, accounting and customer relationship management functions.

The partnership expansion follows Global Payments' acquisition of Worldpay, which was completed in January 2026. Worldpay had been Lightspeed's previous payments partner before the acquisition.

Matt Downs, president of Global Payments' Integrated and Platforms business, said the partnership demonstrates the company's ability to provide scalable payment infrastructure for software platforms.
