May 8, 2026 7:01 AM

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) announced the launch of its "Fuel Like Ronaldo" campaign, a global initiative aimed at making sports nutrition strategies accessible to everyday consumers. The campaign translates nutrition and performance strategies used by elite athletes into practical guidance for general wellness seekers.

The campaign features a four-step framework: prepare the body with balanced nutrition and hydration, maintain energy and focus during activities, recover efficiently to support muscle repair, and repeat these practices consistently for long-term wellness.

Herbalife has maintained a partnership with soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo since 2013, providing nutrition support through products including Formula 1 protein shakes and Herbalife24 CR7 Drive hydration drinks. The partnership expanded to include Ronaldo's investment in Herbalife's Pro2col digital platform and the company's acquisition of assets from Bioniq, a personalized supplements company.

"For more than two decades, Herbalife has been helping elite athletes optimize performance through science-backed nutrition programs," said Herbalife Chief Executive Officer Stephan Gratziani. "The 'Fuel Like Ronaldo' campaign makes Herbalife's nutrition expertise accessible to everyone."

Ronaldo stated: "Discipline in nutrition has always been a key part of my success, both on and off the pitch. I've worked with Herbalife for many years and believe in the power of consistent, structured fueling."

The campaign includes fan activations at sporting events, social media content, and a digital platform accessible at www.fuellikeronaldo.com. Herbalife's network of independent distributors will implement the campaign in local communities worldwide.

According to the company, Herbalife supports more than 120 professional athletes and teams across more than 35 sports and maintains more than 20 soccer sponsorships globally, including a partnership with LA Galaxy spanning over 20 years.
