FIGS partners with Noah Wyle to advocate for healthcare workers

May 7, 2026 4:03 PM

FIGS, Inc. (NYSE: FIGS) announced a long-term partnership with actor and executive producer Noah Wyle to address challenges facing healthcare workers, including compensation, mental health support, workplace safety and administrative burden.

The healthcare apparel company said Wyle will serve as brand ambassador and headline FIGS' Healthcare is Human rally outside the U.S. Capitol on May 21, 2026. The partnership builds on previous advocacy efforts, including when Wyle joined FIGS in Washington, D.C. in June 2025.

Two policy priorities from their previous Capitol Hill efforts have advanced. The Healthcare is Human Act, which would provide tax credits of up to $6,000 annually to healthcare professionals in underserved communities, has been introduced by Representatives Claudia Tenney (R-NY) and Steven Horsford (D-NV). The Dr. Lorna Breen Healthcare Provider Protection Act, which provides mental health programs to healthcare professionals, has been reauthorized after previously expiring.

The partnership will expand focus to medical debt reduction. FIGS committed to donate $1 million over the coming years to help reduce medical debt burden, working with Wyle to support those affected by what the company estimates impacts more than 100 million Americans.

"A stronger healthcare system starts with supporting the people who power it," said Trina Spear, CEO and Co-Founder of FIGS. "The healthcare workforce shows up for all of us every day, but they are stuck in a system that too often treats them poorly."

Wyle said he aims to bring healthcare professionals "out of the shadows by telling their stories and trying to make them feel seen and respected."
