Choice Hotels launches AI-powered tools for franchise owners

Choice Hotels International Inc. (NYSE: CHH) announced a suite of new technologies and artificial intelligence-powered solutions designed to help franchise owners increase revenue and improve operational efficiency. The company introduced Choice Hotels Business Direct, EasyBid, CHARLIE, and RAISE, along with partnerships with Amazon Web Services and Salesforce for AgentCore and AgentForce capabilities.

Choice Hotels Business Direct, launching next week, is a self-service digital booking platform for small and medium-sized businesses to book stays directly on ChoiceHotels.com. The platform allows businesses to create travel policies and provides travel managers with visibility into travel behavior.

EasyBid is an AI-enhanced group Request for Proposals tool that helps hotels manage and respond to group RFP opportunities. EasyBid Plus allows Choice Hotels to respond to RFPs directly on behalf of owners at no additional cost, targeting properties without dedicated sales teams or during high RFP volume periods.

CHARLIE serves as an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to support hotel teams through Choice Hotels' core operating platforms. The system acts as a digital coach that responds to staff needs and provides insights while supporting brand standards.

RAISE is a rate management tool designed to streamline how owners manage pricing, rates and inventory. The system uses AI to provide relevant information and help owners maintain competitiveness as market conditions change.

AgentCore provides a foundation for intelligent agents across the enterprise, while AgentForce supports building and deploying AI agents across sales, service, marketing, commerce and internal operations.
