SuperCom secures four electronic monitoring contracts in New York

May 7, 2026 9:02 AM

SuperCom Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPCB) announced it has secured four new electronic monitoring contracts with counties across New York State, according to a company press release.

Three of the four contracts represent replacements of existing electronic monitoring providers following evaluation processes and field demonstrations. The fourth contract supports the launch of a new electronic monitoring program within a county.

The contracts expand SuperCom's New York state presence to five county deployments. The counties are located in the northern, western, and central regions of New York and will use SuperCom's PureSecurity GPS monitoring technology for offender supervision programs.

Training and initial unit deployment has been completed for all four contracts, which operate on a recurring revenue model based on daily active units, the company stated.

"Winning four new county contracts with a 100% opportunity conversion rate, including three incumbent displacements against larger U.S. competitors, is a powerful validation of our proprietary technology, service capabilities, and execution strategy," said Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom.

The company reported it has secured over 40 new contracts across the United States since mid-2024, expanded into 16 new states, and established 17 new service provider partnerships during this period.

SuperCom provides electronic monitoring solutions through its PureSecurity Suite platform, which includes GPS and RF tracking capabilities for public safety programs including community supervision and domestic violence prevention.
