Conduent Incorporated (NASDAQ: CNDT) reported identifying more than $18 million in finance and procurement savings for clients over six months using its GenAI-powered FastCap analytics solution deployed in 2025.

The technology services company said its FastCap Finance Analytics solution uses generative artificial intelligence and agentic AI to enhance contract and spend analytics, accelerating contract intake and identifying procurement savings and compliance issues.

In one case study, Conduent said FastCap identified $15 million in savings for a global logistics provider within six months. The breakdown included $6 million from supplier optimization through spend analysis, $2 million in overspending identified through contract compliance comparison, and $7 million in overpayments beyond what the client's existing systems had detected.

The company also deployed an AI-powered autonomous sourcing platform for a global automaker to manage procurement across 21 categories involving thousands of purchase orders typically under $1,000 each. The system managed 43,000 bid requests and identified more than $3 million in savings within four months, according to the company.

"CFOs are under constant pressure to manage costs and unlock working capital in an increasingly complex business environment," said George Wehbe, President of Commercial Solutions at Conduent. "Clients using FastCap are transforming their financial processes by capturing significant savings faster, improving spend management, preventing leakage, and identifying the root causes of spend errors."

Conduent provides business process services and solutions to commercial, government and transportation clients. The company employs approximately 51,000 associates globally and processes services including government payments, customer service interactions, and HR services.
