American Rebel Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AREB) announced that its American Rebel Light Beer is available at the newly opened Tootsie's Orchid Lounge Panama City Beach location in Florida. The venue opened May 1-3, 2026, on the site of the former Spinnaker Beach Club.

The 30,000-square-foot beachfront entertainment complex features three levels of live music, dance floors, a full kitchen, and outdoor seating with Gulf of Mexico views. Tootsie's PCB operates seven days a week with live music programming and maintains a family-friendly atmosphere until 8 p.m.

"I'm an American and have always considered myself a rebel so when presented the opportunity to carry American Rebel Beer, it was a no brainer," said Tristan Smith, Chief of Operations for Tootsie's.

The Panama City Beach location represents an expansion from Tootsie's original Nashville venue, which has operated since 1960. The Nashville location historically served country music performers including Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, and Waylon Jennings.

American Rebel Light Beer launched in September 2024 and is currently distributed in 18 states. The beer contains 110 calories and 4 grams of carbohydrates per 12-ounce serving, with 4.2% alcohol by volume. The company uses Goldring Gulf Distributing Company for distribution across 10 Northwest Florida counties.
