May 7, 2026 6:40 AM

ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT) announced that Chief Financial Officer Emmanuel Caprais will leave the company for personal reasons, effective May 8, 2026, after nearly 14 years of service.

The company stated that Caprais' departure is not due to any disagreement with ITT regarding operations, policies or practices. He will continue as a business advisor reporting to the chief executive officer through July 1, 2026, with compensation consistent with his previous role.

Michael J. Savinelli, currently vice president, treasurer, chief tax officer and assistant secretary, will serve as interim chief financial officer while the company conducts a search for a permanent successor. Savinelli, 55, has held the chief tax officer position since 2011 and added treasurer responsibilities in 2020.

Prior to joining ITT, Savinelli held senior tax leadership roles at Terex, GE Capital and PepsiCo, and worked at Ernst & Young LLP. He earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and a B.S. in accounting from Fairfield University. He holds law licenses in New York and Connecticut and a Certified Public Accountant license in Connecticut.

The information was disclosed in a company press release statement.
