Enbridge Inc. (NYSE: ENB) announced that shareholders elected all 12 management-nominated directors at the company's annual meeting held May 6, 2026.

The voting results showed strong support for most nominees, with approval rates ranging from 95.03% to 99.09%. Steven W. Williams received the lowest approval rate at 95.03%, while M.M. (Mike) Ashar received the highest at 99.09%.

The elected directors include M.M. Ashar, Gaurdie E. Banister, Susan M. Cunningham, Gregory L. Ebel, Jason B. Few, Douglas L. Foshee, Theresa B.Y. Jang, Teresa S. Madden, Manjit Minhas, Stephen S. Poloz, S. Jane Rowe, and Steven W. Williams.

The directors were nominated by management and listed in the company's Management Information Circular dated March 3, 2026. All nominees received majority shareholder approval during the regular business proceedings at the meeting.

Enbridge operates energy delivery infrastructure across North America, including natural gas, oil and renewable power networks, and maintains a growing European offshore wind portfolio. The Calgary-based company trades on both the Toronto and New York stock exchanges under the symbol ENB.
