May 7, 2026 3:05 AM

Nano One Materials Corp. (TSX: NANO) announced the appointment of Jason Zandberg as Director of Capital Markets, effective May 7, 2026, according to a company statement.

Zandberg brings over 30 years of capital markets sell-side experience in building engagement strategies for TSX-listed emerging-growth companies. He previously held analyst roles at Canadian investment dealers and has developed a network of institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and retail investors.

The Vancouver-based lithium-ion battery cathode materials technology company said Zandberg will support investor relations activities and help broaden investor awareness across Canadian, U.S. and European capital markets.

"As we expand our engagement with North American, European and Indo-Pacific battery materials supply chains, bringing in an experienced capital markets professional to help communicate our value proposition is an important step," said Alex Holmes, President and Chief Strategy Officer.

Zandberg currently serves as Director of Investor Relations at Blackline Safety Corp. (TSX: BLN), where he continues supporting the company through its pending C$850 million acquisition. During his tenure at Blackline, the company expanded its institutional shareholder base and broadened analyst coverage.

Nano One develops process technology for producing cathode active materials for lithium-ion batteries. The company operates facilities in Burnaby, British Columbia and Candiac, Quebec, with strategic partnerships including Sumitomo Metal Mining, Rio Tinto and Worley.
