The analyst commented, "Shares of PCOR are down 12% following a below average revenue beat (~2% vs. 8 quarter avg. of ~3%) and a slightly lower than expected guide for 2Q, with management increasing the full year guide by ~$2M excluding the 1Q beat. We view the operating margin guide as a constructive update to the story given continued pressure in the construction market while noting Procore continues to see broad-based upmarket momentum with strong pipeline generation. Maintaining our NEUTRAL rating and PT of $55 (27x '26 FCF)."
