Radiant Logistics expands Hong Kong operations, opens Shenzhen office

May 6, 2026 9:01 AM

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT) announced the expansion of its Hong Kong operations and establishment of new company-owned operations in Shenzhen, China, effective May 1, 2026.

The expanded Hong Kong operations and new Shenzhen office complement Radiant's existing company-owned presence in Shanghai, providing the logistics company with a direct footprint across three major freight gateway markets in Asia. The Hong Kong and Shenzhen operations serve as gateways for customers moving freight between Asia and global markets.

The Hong Kong and Shenzhen teams previously supported Transcon Shipping Co., Inc., the U.S.-based freight forwarder that Radiant acquired in March 2025. Thomas Wong, who leads the combined Hong Kong and Shenzhen operations, will report to Randy Briggs, SVP International Products and Services.

The expansion provides customers with access to enhanced inland transportation capabilities across South China and integration with Navegate, Radiant's proprietary global collaboration platform.

"With our acquisition of Transcon in 2025, we inherited a strong U.S. operation and a deep relationship with an exceptional Asia-based team," said Bohn Crain, Founder and CEO of Radiant Logistics. "Expanding our Hong Kong presence and establishing a direct company-owned operation in Shenzhen is the natural next step."

Radiant Logistics provides technology-enabled global transportation and logistics solutions to customers primarily in the United States, Canada and Mexico through domestic and international freight forwarding along with truck and rail brokerage services.
