CleanSpark produces 640 bitcoin in April, holds 13,453 total

CleanSpark Inc. (NASDAQ: CLSK) produced 640 bitcoin in April 2026, averaging 21.33 bitcoin per day, according to the company's operational update released May 6.



The bitcoin mining company's total bitcoin holdings decreased to 13,453 as of April 30, down from 13,561 at the end of March. During April, CleanSpark sold 748 bitcoin through various transactions, including 550 bitcoin pursuant to call exercises, 145 bitcoin related to delta neutral basis trades, and 53 bitcoin at spot prices. The average price per bitcoin sold was $74,807.



CleanSpark's operational hashrate reached 50.0 EH/s, with an average operating hashrate of 46.2 EH/s during the month. The company deployed 224,473 miners as of April 30, achieving peak efficiency of 16.07 J/Th.



The company has 1.8 gigawatts under contract and utilized 808 megawatts during April. CleanSpark has produced 2,439 bitcoin year-to-date in 2026.



CEO Matt Schultz stated the company is developing a multi-gigawatt AI infrastructure platform and making progress toward securing its first hyperscale customer. The company positions itself as developing AI infrastructure monetization capabilities alongside its bitcoin mining operations.



CleanSpark holds 1,565 bitcoin as collateral or receivable related to derivative transactions as of April 30. The company controls a portfolio of more than 1.8 GW of power, land, and data centers across the United States.
