Gibson Energy shareholders elect 10 directors at annual meeting
Gibson Energy Inc. (TSX: GEI) announced voting results from its annual shareholder meeting held May 5, 2026, where all 10 nominated directors were elected to the board.
The election results showed strong shareholder support for most nominees, with approval rates ranging from 94.91% to 99.92%. Curtis D. Philippon received the highest support at 99.92%, while James M. Estey received the lowest at 94.91%.
The elected directors include James M. Estey, Douglas P. Bloom, Judy E. Cotte, Heidi L. Dutton, Maria A. Hooper, Diane A. Kazarian, Margaret C. Montana, Khalid A. Muslih, Craig V. Richardson, and Curtis D. Philippon.
