Resources Connection board chair to retire, CEO to assume role
Resources Connection Inc. (NASDAQ: RGP) announced board leadership changes scheduled for its 2026 annual stockholders meeting. Board Chair A. Robert Pisano will retire and resign from his positions as director and chair, effective at the 2026 meeting, ending his term one year early.
Director Robert Kistinger will also retire from the board at the 2026 meeting under the company's mandatory retirement policy and will not seek reelection. Both directors will continue serving through the end of their current terms.
The board approved reducing its size from eight members to six members, effective immediately before the 2026 annual meeting. Chief Executive Officer Roger Carlile, currently a board member, will assume the chair role upon Pisano's retirement.
The board designated Susan Collyns, an independent board member, to serve as lead independent director beginning at the 2026 annual meeting.
"Bob Pisano has provided steady leadership as Chair and helped guide the Company through important periods of evolution, while Bob Kistinger has brought valuable insight, sound judgment and meaningful contributions to the Board's work," Carlile said in a statement.
