May 5, 2026 12:59 PM

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) and Lenovo (HKSE: 992) announced an expanded multi-year strategic agreement to integrate AI-driven workflow automation with device intelligence and lifecycle management services.

The partnership combines Lenovo's xIQ Digital Workplace Platform with ServiceNow's AI Platform to automate workflows across device lifecycles. The solution includes real-time device intelligence, device lifecycle management, consulting services, and ServiceNow's AI Control Tower and Workflow Data Fabric technologies.

According to Lenovo's internal testing, the integrated approach delivers up to 30% reduction in IT support costs through predictive issue detection and automated remediation. The company also reports up to 50% faster employee onboarding times by eliminating device-related delays.

The solution enables proactive resolution of up to 40% of IT issues before they impact users and provides up to 30% improvement in employee experience through consistent service delivery, based on the companies' data.

"Companies don't need more AI pilots. They need measurable outcomes," said Rakshit Ghura, vice president and general manager of digital workplace solutions at Lenovo. "This collaboration with ServiceNow is focused on delivering that, reducing costs, improving productivity, and giving IT leaders real control over their operations."

The collaboration expands Lenovo's managed AI services capacity for enterprise organizations ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 employees. The partnership launches initially across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Ireland, with plans for continued global expansion.

ServiceNow will provide global partner management, multi-geographic onboarding, and dedicated enablement resources to support the international rollout. The announcement was made at ServiceNow's Knowledge 2026 customer and partner event in Las Vegas.
