Netskope launches AgentSkope platform with six AI agents for security ops

May 5, 2026 9:00 AM

Netskope (NASDAQ: NTSK) announced the launch of AgentSkope, a platform that enables organizations to deploy AI agents for security and network operations workflows. The Santa Clara-based company released six initial agents designed to automate manual processes in security operations centers and network operations centers.

The platform includes the DLP AISecOps Agent, which the company describes as conducting data protection workflows including risk assessments, triage and investigation. A global professional services customer is using this agent to analyze millions of alerts and convert them into cases that are automatically investigated, according to the press release.

Other agents include the Insider Threat AISecOps Agent for analyzing insider threats, the Private Access AIOps Agent for auditing configurations, and three agents focused on digital experience management and cloud application risk data.

The launch addresses capacity issues in security operations, where 40% of alerts go uninvestigated due to lack of capacity, according to Software Analyst Cyber Research data cited in the announcement. Gartner research referenced in the release predicts that by 2028, cybersecurity AI agents will manage 25% of incident response workflows for data security events.

"Security and network operations teams today are overwhelmed by an endless loop of manual triage, and bogged down by repetitive tasks across disparate tools," said Sanjay Beri, co-founder and CEO of Netskope.

Five of the six agents are generally available, while the Insider Threat AISecOps Agent remains in private preview. The company plans to release additional agents in coming months and will host AI Fast Lane events across 41 cities starting in May 2026.
