CrowdStrike expands project QuiltWorks AI security coalition
CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced the expansion of Project QuiltWorks, its cybersecurity coalition focused on artificial intelligence risks. Eight new companies joined the initiative: Armadin, Cognizant, HCLTech, Infosys, KPMG, NTT DATA, Tata Consultancy Services, and Wipro Limited.
The coalition uses frontier AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic to discover vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation through CrowdStrike's Falcon platform. The company reported that an EY Fortune 100 customer identified nearly 45 million vulnerabilities within hours of using QuiltWorks, many undetected for years.
Accenture built 27 automated agents on the Falcon platform for vulnerability assessment and reporting. These agents enable scaling from hundreds to thousands of clients, according to the press release.
CrowdStrike is integrating Anthropic's Opus 4.7 model across its platform to enhance vulnerability discovery capabilities. The company stated this integration extends advanced AI capabilities to the broader market through QuiltWorks.
Armadin's AI attacker technology integrates with the Falcon platform to conduct continuous security testing across enterprise infrastructure. The system identifies AI-related risks while CrowdStrike's partners handle prioritization and remediation.
The expanded coalition now includes over 10,000 certified professionals across partner organizations. QuiltWorks provides assessment, prioritization, remediation, protection, and reporting services through this partner network.
"QuiltWorks proved that frontier AI can find what traditional tools miss, and partners saw the results," said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike. "Now, more of the industry is joining the coalition to deliver AI-powered discovery, adversary-informed prioritization, and remediation at enterprise scale."
The initiative combines existing services from partners including Accenture, EY, IBM Cybersecurity Services, and Kroll. Project QuiltWorks is available immediately through CrowdStrike's partner program.
