Core AI adds former Meta data center executive to advisory board
Core AI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CHAI) appointed Sonali Garg to its advisory board, according to a company statement. Garg serves as co-founder and chief operating officer of Allianca Group Inc., with which Core AI recently formed a joint venture for AI data center development.
Garg previously held senior positions at Meta Platforms Inc., where she managed program cost control and operational scaling across a data center portfolio that grew from $2 billion to $10 billion over five years. During her tenure, she supported approximately 20% year-over-year capacity growth.
At Allianca, Garg has overseen delivery of more than 720 MW of data center capacity globally and managed annual project portfolios exceeding $6 billion. She also worked on infrastructure and database projects at Google, focusing on systems architecture and automation.
"In a market defined by speed and execution, strategy must be built through an operator's lens," Garg said in the statement. "Core AI and Allianca are uniquely positioned to deliver AI infrastructure at scale."
Core AI CEO Aitan Zacharin said Garg "has operated at the highest levels of data center delivery and brings a proven ability to translate strategy into execution."
The appointment follows Core AI's strategic joint venture with Allianca to develop AI-ready data center capacity. Core AI operates as an AI technology and infrastructure company and runs an AI-driven mobile game development business through its Core Gaming subsidiary.
