Enerpac Tool Group promotes two executives to expanded leadership roles
Enerpac Tool Group Corp. (NYSE: EPAC) announced two executive promotions involving expanded responsibilities for key leadership positions.
Phil Jefferson, who joined the company in July 2023 and has served as Regional President for Americas and EMEA since November 2024, will become Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. His new role will include commercial oversight of the Asia Pacific region.
Mart Hinnen will assume the position of Executive Vice President of Innovation and Heavy Industrial Technologies. In addition to his current innovation leadership duties, Hinnen will take on full leadership of the Heavy Lifting Technology business and the DTA business. Hinnen joined Enerpac in March 2008 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including leading the ASCEND transformation program.

The Milwaukee-based company provides industrial tools, services, technology and solutions to customers in more than 100 countries. Enerpac Tool Group was founded in 1910 and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol EPAC.
