Viatris Inc. (NASDAQ: VTRS) announced that Chief Financial Officer Theodora "Doretta" Mistras will leave the company for a new professional opportunity, with Paul Campbell, currently Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller, taking over as interim CFO effective May 8.

Mistras will remain with the Pittsburgh-based healthcare company until May 22 to facilitate the transition while Viatris conducts a search for a permanent successor.

Before joining Mylan, Campbell spent nearly a decade at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Manager in Audit. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Viatris will release first quarter 2026 financial results on May 7 and host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET to discuss the results.
