AudioEye names Kelly Georgevich CEO, David Moradi executive chairman
AudioEye Inc. (NASDAQ: AEYE) announced leadership changes effective immediately, with Kelly Georgevich becoming chief executive officer and David Moradi transitioning to executive chairman and chief product officer.
The digital accessibility company's board of directors also appointed Georgevich to serve on the board. She previously served as chief financial officer for nearly five years.
As executive chairman, Moradi will focus on capital allocation decisions, long-term strategy development, and artificial intelligence initiatives. He has served as acting chief product officer since the second half of 2023.
"I've worked closely with Kelly for almost five years, which has been a period of strong revenue growth, advances in product, and improvements in profitability," Moradi said in a statement. The company reported having over 127,000 customers.
Lead Independent Director Jamil Tahir noted the company's financial transformation since 2019, stating that revenues have nearly quadrupled with adjusted EBITDA margins approaching 30%. According to the announcement, AudioEye has achieved sequential revenue growth for 41 consecutive quarters.
Georgevich expressed readiness to lead the company's next growth phase, mentioning that AudioEye expects to report record results. The company is conducting a search for a new chief financial officer while Georgevich continues in that role during the transition.
AudioEye provides digital accessibility solutions combining AI automation technology with expert services. The company holds 26 U.S. patents and serves clients including Samsung, Lands' End, and Samsonite.
