MSG Sports appoints Paul DiCicco as CFO effective May 11

Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (NYSE: MSGS) announced that Paul DiCicco will join the company as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective May 11.



DiCicco will oversee financial and accounting operations across MSG Sports and its professional sports franchises, including the New York Knicks and New York Rangers. His responsibilities will include internal and external reporting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury, investor relations, tax and risk management functions. He will report to Executive Chairman and CEO Jim Dolan.



The appointment follows the departure of current CFO Victoria Mink, who will remain with the company to assist with the transition process.



DiCicco brings 30 years of finance experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Stephen Gould Corporation, a global packaging, sourcing and logistics company. Previously, he worked as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment, where he managed finance, accounting, payroll and ticket operations for the company that owns the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils.



His career also includes senior finance and accounting positions at public and private companies in the United States and Asia. DiCicco began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing audit and advisory services across retail, technology and healthcare industries.



DiCicco holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Saint John Fisher College and is a Certified Public Accountant.



MSG Sports operates the New York Knicks basketball team and New York Rangers hockey team, along with development league teams the Westchester Knicks and Hartford Wolf Pack. The company also runs the MSG Training Center in Greenburgh, New York.
