Pinterest Inc. (NYSE: PINS) announced that Chief Accounting Officer Andrea Acosta submitted her resignation on April 30, 2026, effective May 8, 2026. Acosta is leaving to pursue another opportunity, according to the company statement.

The company said Acosta's departure does not result from any disagreement with Pinterest. The board of directors appointed Chief Financial Officer Julia Brau Donnelly as principal accounting officer, effective May 8, 2026.

Pinterest stated it thanks Acosta for her contributions during her tenure with the social media platform company.
