Navitas Semiconductor appoints Davin Lee as independent director

May 4, 2026 8:00 AM

Navitas Semiconductor (NASDAQ: NVTS) announced the appointment of Davin Lee as an independent director to its board, effective immediately. Lee will serve on the Compensation Committee and the Governance and Sustainability Committee, and will stand for reelection in 2027 as a Class III director.

Lee brings more than 30 years of semiconductor industry experience to the role. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Embedded Processing and Analog and Connectivity at Renesas Corporation. His previous positions include leadership roles at Dialog Semiconductor, Scintera Networks, Intersil Corporation, Xicor, Altera and National Semiconductor.

The appointment comes as Navitas continues its strategic shift toward high-power semiconductor markets, including data center, energy and grid infrastructure, performance computing and industrial electrification applications. The company specializes in gallium nitride and silicon carbide power semiconductors.

Richard Hendrix, Chairman of Navitas' Board, stated that Lee's appointment fills an open board position and represents part of the board refreshment process initiated last year. The board plans to reduce its size to eight directors at the 2027 annual meeting.

This marks the second new director appointment for Navitas in recent months, following the addition of Greg Fisher last month. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
