Seer Inc. (NASDAQ: SEER) announced the appointment of Anthony Bazarko as chief commercial officer, according to a company press release. Bazarko brings over 20 years of commercial leadership experience in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology industries.

Bazarko previously served as president and chief executive officer at Biologos from 2022 to 2025, where he led the company through its acquisition by Ampersand Capital Partners. Before that, he was chief commercial officer at Specific Diagnostics, developing global go-to-market strategies that resulted in the company's acquisition by bioMérieux.

His earlier experience includes more than four years at Danaher Corporation's Leica Biosystems division as vice president of commercial development for the Americas, where he managed strategy, sales, and marketing for a business generating hundreds of millions in revenue. He also held senior positions at Roche Diagnostics Corporation, leading the life science tools commercial business and overseeing strategic affairs across five North American business units.

At Seer, Bazarko will oversee the sales, marketing, and customer experience organizations. The company develops proteomics technology through its Proteograph Product Suite, which integrates engineered nanoparticles, automation instrumentation, consumables, and analytical software.

Bazarko stated that the Seer platform "represents a significant paradigm shift in depth and throughput to interrogate the proteome."
