Scilex Holding Company (NASDAQ: SCLX) announced its board of directors set May 26, 2026 as the payment date for a dividend of Dream Bowl Meme Coin I tokens to stockholders and other eligible equity holders as of April 30, 2026.

Record holders will receive five Dream Bowl tokens for each share of common stock held. The company holds approximately 268 million Dream Bowl tokens and plans to distribute about 81.4 million tokens to eligible recipients.

Scilex intends to list the Dream Bowl tokens on the Biconomy cryptocurrency exchange in the second quarter of 2026. The company stated this listing may provide liquidity and enable broad distribution of the tokens for record holders.

To receive the tokens, record holders will need to open a digital wallet with Datavault AI Inc. and execute an opt-in agreement. The board retains the right to change the payment date or revoke the dividend prior to distribution, including for material changes to the company's solvency analysis.

The company described the Dream Bowl token as a digital collectible for personal, non-commercial use. According to Scilex, the token does not represent equity, voting, dividend, or ownership rights in the company, nor does it provide rights to monetary payments or distributions.

Scilex develops and commercializes non-opioid pain management products. The company's commercial products include ZTlido for neuropathic pain, ELYXYB for migraine treatment, and Gloperba for gout prevention.
