KBR receives $449 million Army logistics contract extensions

KBR (NYSE: KBR) received two task order modifications totaling $449 million to continue providing logistics support to the U.S. Army in Europe and North America under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V contract.

The Army Contracting Command awarded KBR a $304 million task order modification to support U.S. European Command requirements. The company will provide base operating support, food services, fire and emergency response, engineering and construction, and maintenance support from March 30, 2026, to March 29, 2027. KBR will use its strategic asset management system to manage infrastructure and provide decision support.

KBR also received a $145 million task order modification for maintenance, supply and logistics support at the Army's National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California. This contract supports brigade combat team readiness through annual training rotations and runs from March 12, 2026, to March 11, 2027.

LOGCAP is a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract vehicle the U.S. Army uses to augment its force structure and sustain operations across military activities. The program enables rapid deployment of logistics and life-support solutions in operational environments across North America and Europe.
