SalesCloser receives US patent for AI conversational workflow technology
SalesCloser Technologies Ltd. (TSXV: SCAI) announced the United States Patent and Trademark Office granted the company U.S. Patent No. US12526253B1 for its "System and Method for Graph-Based Conversational-Flow Editing" technology.
The patent covers technology that allows sales teams to design and manage AI-powered sales workflows through a conversational interface. The system enables users to interact with an embedded AI assistant that translates business requirements into conversational agents, including visual workflow rendering and testing capabilities.
"This patent grant is a significant validation of the innovation at the heart of our platform," said Ali Tajskandar, CEO of SalesCloser Technologies. "We recognized early on that the real barrier to AI adoption was not the underlying technology - it was accessibility."
The granted patent represents the first of nine U.S. patent applications in SalesCloser's intellectual property portfolio. The applications cover areas including real-time state management, autonomous human escalation, self-testing systems and telephony features.
SalesCloser also announced it issued 144,257 common shares to Green Times Consulting Ltd. at $1.018 per share as payment for consulting services provided from April 1-30, 2026. The shares are subject to a four-month resale hold period.
The Vancouver-based company develops AI software for automating revenue generation through conversational AI. Its platform enables businesses to deploy AI-powered virtual sales agents for lead qualification, product demonstrations and meeting scheduling across voice, video and digital channels.
