UBS analyst Christopher Schoell lowered the price target on Roblox Corp. (NYSE: RBLX) to $49.00 (from $74.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.

The analyst comments "We are lowering our PT to $49 from $74 and maintain our Neutral rating.1Q results were in-line to ahead but full year bookings and Adj. EBITDA guidance were cut by 11%/25% at the midpoint amid greater than expected headwinds from the age verification rollout and increased safety investment. We expect a combination of user friction alongside platform changes (incl. continued verification, roll out of age-based accounts in June and experimentation with discovery algorithm/homepages) and difficult comps to weigh on growth in the coming quarters. That said, we believe changes are supportive of long-term platform health and model re-accelerating growth in '27+."
