Ford offers employee pricing to customers on 2025-2026 vehicles
Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) announced it will extend employee pricing to customers on most new 2025 and 2026 Ford and Lincoln vehicles through July 6. The pricing initiative, called "American Value. For American Values," allows customers to pay the same price that Ford employees pay, which is below the manufacturer's suggested retail price.
The program can save buyers several hundred to several thousand dollars depending on the vehicle, according to the company's press release. Customers do not need to negotiate or wait for rebates to receive the pricing. Ford Credit offers online prequalification for financing.
Andrew Frick, president of Ford Blue and Model e, said the campaign is designed to give back to American workers, small business owners, and families. The initiative coincides with the United States approaching its 250th anniversary.
Ford states it employs more U.S. hourly autoworkers and assembles more vehicles in America than any other automaker. The company operates from its headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan, and employs approximately 168,000 people worldwide.
As part of the anniversary recognition, 250 Ford dealers will partner with local nonprofits through the Ford Building Together program to provide community support, including blood drives and food collection efforts.
The employee pricing program applies to participating dealers and covers most vehicles in Ford's 2025 and 2026 model lineup, including trucks, SUVs, and Lincoln luxury vehicles.
