XPeng Inc. (XPEV) XPENG delivers 31,011 vehicles in April, up 13% from March
XPENG Inc. (NYSE: XPEV) delivered 31,011 vehicles in April 2026, marking a 13% increase from the previous month, the company announced.
The Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer reported that test-drive satisfaction rates at its retail stores increased following the rollout of VLA 2.0 in March. The company stated that the average time customers take to make a purchase decision after a test drive decreased by 44.7% month-over-month.
On April 15, XPENG unveiled the XPENG GX, its first full-sized flagship SUV built around what the company describes as its most advanced cross-domain technologies.
The company also announced that on April 7, it reached a manufacturing milestone with partner Magna as the first locally produced P7+ rolled off the production line at Magna's plant in Graz, Austria. This represents the third XPENG model to be manufactured locally in Austria, following the G6 and G9 models.
XPENG designs, develops, manufactures and markets electric vehicles targeting technology-focused consumers. The company develops its driver-assistance system technology and in-car operating systems in-house.
