(NYSE: PS) (“Pershing Square”) today announced that Pershing Square CEO Bill Ackman and CIO Ryan Israel will host a live Spaces event on X on Friday, May 1 at 9:00 AM ET to discuss the recently completed combined initial public offerings of PS and Pershing Square USA, Ltd. (NYSE: PSUS).

The Spaces event on X will be open to the public and provide the opportunity for participants to ask questions and engage in dialogue with Bill and Ryan regarding PS and PSUS.
