The analyst commented: "AWS Revenue Accelerates Further On Huge AI Growth; AMZN's 1Q rev & Op. Income beat cons. estimates by 2% & 15% as all segments landed ahead of expectations. AWS accel'd to +28% y/y on a >$20BN run rate chips biz, 170% q/q Bedrock spend, and 49% q/q backlog growth. 2Q26 rev & Op Inc guides bracketed cons estimates as mgmt. left their '26 capex outlook unchanged. We raised our rev & op. inc. ests, driven largely by AWS. PT to $350, maintain Buy."
