April 30, 2026 8:01 AM

Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) reported $60 million in revenue for the first quarter of 2026, based on unaudited management accounts, according to a company statement. The quarterly figure exceeded the company's total audited revenue of $46.8 million for the full year 2025.

The artificial intelligence commerce company entered 2026 with an annualized revenue run-rate of more than $232 million, based on December 2025 monthly recurring revenue of $19.4 million. The company maintains its previously announced revenue guidance of $360 million for 2026.

Daniel M. Wagner, Chairman and CEO, said the Q1 result represents approximately 17% of the full-year target delivered in the first quarter. "Delivering $60 million of revenue in the first quarter is a major inflection point for Rezolve Ai," Wagner stated.

The revenue growth reflects increasing production usage across the company's enterprise customer base, which includes more than 950 enterprise clients. Rezolve Ai's platform operates within commerce environments, connecting AI-driven discovery, checkout, payments and loyalty services.

The company's Brain Suite technologies include Brain Commerce, Brain Checkout and brainpowa, which are deployed across customer environments. Rezolve Ai has partnerships with Microsoft, Google and Tether.

Rezolve Ai stated it does not typically report quarterly results but provided this update to give shareholders visibility into its growth trajectory. All Q1 2026 financial information is preliminary and unaudited, based on management accounts.

The company indicated it believes it can deliver its 2026 plan and reach profitability without raising additional equity capital.
