CGI partners with Cleura to expand cloud services in Nordic region
CGI Inc. (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) announced a strategic partnership with Cleura to expand its sovereign cloud offerings in the Nordic countries. The collaboration integrates Cleura's European-based cloud services into CGI's portfolio to address demand from Nordic organizations for regionally aligned cloud solutions.
The partnership targets organizations in the public sector, healthcare, and critical infrastructure that require cloud adoption while meeting regulatory requirements. CGI will leverage Cleura's European cloud platform to provide clients with AI-ready infrastructure and sovereign solutions.

Rohan Narula, CEO of Cleura, stated the partnership responds to growing demand for flexibility, transparency, and resilience in digital infrastructure. Cleura operates cloud services built in Europe.
The collaboration expands CGI's cloud and hybrid IT portfolio in the Nordic region. CGI provides services across the full value chain, including strategy, migration, integration, and long-term management of cloud environments.
CGI, founded in 1976, operates as an independent IT and business consulting services firm with 94,000 consultants globally. The company reported CA$15.91 billion in revenue for fiscal 2025.
