Plexus names David Abuhl as new CFO, replacing retiring Patrick Jermain

Plexus Corp. (NASDAQ: PLXS) announced that Patrick Jermain will retire as chief financial officer after 15 years with the company, including 12 years in the CFO role. The company appointed David Abuhl as his successor, effective May 11, 2026.



Abuhl currently serves as senior vice president of finance at Plexus and joined the company's leadership team in September 2025. He will assume the title of senior vice president and chief financial officer. Jermain will remain in an advisory role until July 31, 2026, to facilitate the transition.



Prior to joining Plexus, Abuhl spent over 15 years at Kimberly-Clark Corporation in finance, treasury and investor relations positions. He most recently served as CFO for the company's enterprise supply chain division, overseeing approximately $14 billion in cost of goods sold. His previous roles included EMEA finance director and CFO for Kimberly-Clark Professional, which operates in approximately 70 countries.



Abuhl holds a master's degree in business administration from SMU Cox School of Business and a bachelor's degree in business and economics from Wheaton College.
