Newmark names Jack Fuchs president of Global Asset Services
Newmark Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NMRK) appointed Jack Fuchs as President of Global Asset Services and member of the Executive Committee, according to a company statement.
In his expanded role, Fuchs will lead Newmark's Global Asset Services business, which includes the company's Managed Services, Newmark RF and Spring11 operations. The division assists owners, lenders and investors with asset performance monitoring, compliance and return maximization through financial analysis and operational oversight.
Chief Executive Officer Barry Gosin stated the company aims to generate over $2 billion in revenues by 2029 from Management Services and Servicing businesses, including Asset Services.
Fuchs will continue serving as CEO of Spring11, a Newmark subsidiary that provides commercial loan servicing and asset management services. Under his leadership, Spring11 has grown to more than 700 employees serving over 300 clients globally. The business serves banks, debt and equity funds, REITs, life insurance companies and investors.
Fuchs brings more than 15 years of experience in due diligence, asset management and investing. He previously worked as a consultant at Accenture in the commercial real estate due diligence and advisory practice before joining Newmark.
Newmark generated revenues of nearly $3.3 billion for the twelve months ended December 31, 2025. As of that date, the company and its business partners operated from approximately 175 offices with over 9,300 professionals across four continents.
